EHRT is preparing for the future

During 2009 EHRT focused on developing new products. The first of our new machines have already been installed at customers and are exceeding expectations.
Orders received during the 2nd quarter of 2010 have already reached the record levels of 2008. According to managing director Thomas Ehrt “We are particularly pleased with the increase in orders for our relatively new “Standard Line” machines”.
Many new customers appreciate the advantages of easy handling using Windows technology. One Sivacon partner, for example, was very pleased that production data was easily imported within a few minutes. Production started immediately after installation.
One of our larger customers made a strategic decision to choose EHRT technology for his main factory in Europe. One important reason for this was the simplicity of transferring his complete production data.
The number of new enquiries we are currently receiving bodes well for the future, and means that we are able to continue with our plans for the next stage in expanding EHRT.

New Bending Machine “EB 20 CNC”

The new bending machine of the “Standard Line” offers now the convenience of the “Professional Line”.
Starting from April 2010 the small bending machines can be delivered with a CNC sidestop. The new Windows based software calculates the developed length and the side stop position. The side stop moves automatically to the right position and grants the high accuracy with the first work piece. The software is upgraded with the module “Offset-Bendings”. This makes it much easier for the operator. New bending tools make the machine more efficient and flexible.

New EHRT Punching Machine – the “Holecut 40-4 Solution”

The economical answer to punching of bus bars and other bar material in small production runs. The new Holecut 40-4 Solution will extend the EHRT Holecut range to meet customers’ low–end requirements. We will be exhibiting this machine for the first time at the BlechExpo 2009.

The machine has been developed using tried and tested EHRT methodology, and has been designed with a view to optimising series production costs. EHRT punching technology thus becomes economically viable even for small production quantities. Thomas Ehrt, managing director of EHRT GmbH: “This machine fills the gap for those customers who require economies of scale with small production runs – a cost saving high-tech Solution”
